VeryDarkMan’s NGO Account Balance Sparks Reactions Online After Viral Screenshot Emerges

A fresh conversation has erupted online after a screenshot allegedly showing the account balance of social media influencer VeryDarkMan’s NGO surfaced on Facebook.

The screenshot, shared by Ekwutosi Oke C AdaNsukka, reportedly showed that the account received ₦691,609,964.78, with ₦671,770,394.14 recorded as spent and ₦19,939,570.64 remaining.

The post quickly attracted attention from social media users, with many questioning the figures and asking for more details about the transactions.

The development comes months after music executive Don Jazzy donated ₦100 million to VeryDarkMan’s NGO in October 2024 to support its activities.

At the time, VeryDarkMan had raised concerns after noticing the large amount credited to the account, asking Zenith Bank to investigate, saying he feared it could be linked to “money laundering” or a possible setup.

He later shared a message from Don Jazzy confirming the donation.

“Morning bro. Just saw your post. Na me send 100m to support. I believe in what you are doing,” the message read.

The influencer has continued to attract public attention through his activism and campaigns on social issues.

Recently, VeryDarkMan led a protest in Ibadan, Oyo State, calling on authorities to take stronger action over the abduction of schoolchildren and teachers in Orire Local Government Area.

The protest involved hundreds of residents marching through major streets while demanding improved security measures.

While the viral account screenshot has generated discussions online, details about the authenticity of the image and the full breakdown of the NGO’s financial activities have not been independently confirmed.
