TikTok star Peller was overcome with emotion after receiving the keys to a N400 million mansion in Abuja from billionaire businessman King Ochacho.

The emotional moment came shortly after Peller and his wife, Jarvis, tied the knot in a lavish wedding ceremony attended by several celebrities.

Ochacho had earlier announced the surprise gift during Peller’s wedding celebration, promising to hand over a house to the newlywed.

Hours later, the billionaire fulfilled his promise as he presented Peller with the keys and documents to the mansion during a livestream attended by music executive Soso Soberekon.

Ochacho emphasised that the property was a genuine gift and stated that Peller would not be required to promote or advertise anything in return.

He also revealed that Peller was the first person he had ever gifted a house, while praying that the young content creator would acquire many more properties in the future.

Peller, who appeared stunned by the gesture, became emotional and broke down in tears as he struggled to contain his excitement.

Speaking about the surprise, the newlywed revealed that he had actually been planning to surprise his wife, Jarvis, with a new home in Lekki. However, he said the high cost of properties in the area made it difficult.

According to Peller, God ultimately used Ochacho to surprise both him and his wife with a mansion.

“I was still saying I want to surprise my wife with a new house, but Lekki houses are too expensive. Today, God sent Ochacho to surprise us with a house. I’m very happy.”

The generous gesture adds to the series of grand moments surrounding Peller and Jarvis’ wedding, which has continued to attract attention online.
