Influencer and entrepreneur Priscilla Ojo has strongly responded to actress Lizzy Anjorin following comments made about her attendance at the wedding of music executive Soso Soberekon and Princess Ebiere.
The latest exchange comes after Lizzy Anjorin questioned why Priscilla attended the high-profile wedding alongside her mother, actress Iyabo Ojo. During an Instagram Live session, Lizzy alleged that Iyabo brought her daughter to the event because she was not financially buoyant, while also questioning why other celebrities did not attend with their children.
Reacting to the remarks, Priscilla firmly rejected the claims, stressing that she is an independent adult who makes her own decisions.
According to her, she would never attend any event without receiving an invitation. She added that she has remained silent about the ongoing attacks because she is gathering evidence and considering legal action.
Priscilla also used the phrase “mentally ill” to describe Lizzy Anjorin. That is her personal characterization and should be understood as an allegation or insult rather than a confirmed medical diagnosis.
The public exchange is the latest chapter in the long-running feud between Lizzy Anjorin and Iyabo Ojo, which has continued to generate headlines over the past two years.
Earlier this year, Iyabo Ojo publicly challenged Lizzy to a celebrity boxing match and even called on businessman E-Money and music executive Soso Soberekon to sponsor the event. Lizzy accepted the challenge and responded with criticism of the actress.
The rivalry has also included several public accusations and legal threats. In previous exchanges, Lizzy made allegations against Iyabo, while Iyabo responded by demanding a public apology and threatening legal action over what she described as defamatory statements.
In 2024, a Lagos court dismissed a ₦1 billion defamation lawsuit filed by Iyabo Ojo against Lizzy Anjorin, a decision that further intensified their public disagreement.
