Ademola was declared the winner of the election after securing victory in 19 of the state’s 30 local government areas.
Following the announcement, Adedeji gathered with his brother and their elder sister, Modupe Adeleke, to celebrate the governor’s successful re-election.

Davido’s admiration for his father

In 2024, the singer proudly hailed his father as “His Hero” after he announced plans to build a new power plant in Nigeria.
Davido had also revealed that his father once tried to keep him away from pursuing music professionally because he wanted him to complete his education first.
